How does detoxing affect weight loss? 

When chemicals enter our bodies through the air we breathe, the products we apply to our bodies, the food/drinks we consume, etc, we need to eliminate them through urine, bowels, sweat and breathing. If our pathways are blocked or not working properly, the toxins get stored in our fat cells. When we lose fat, toxins release from fat cells and enter our systemic circulation. 

Within the plans offered, we work on detoxing the body using food, improving lifestyle, and reducing chemicals in our everyday life.
