Hi, thanks for being here....I'm Jaclyn and I specialize in coaching people through a holistic healing path to live a life with less stress on their body, enabling them to feel good, look good and bring back joy and vitality to their lives. 
 

For decades, I witnessed my father endure many health ailments. Multiple heart attacks, stroke, kidney cancer, triple bypass and amputations. This was hard to watch because my father was stubborn and would not listen to those who cared. He smoked, he drank alcohol regularly and refused to eat healthy. He was immortal, or so he thought. My father passed in his sleep in May 2021 from one last heart attack.  

 

A year earlier I had decided to educate myself on nutrition and wellness as I didn't know what path my body was on. I also decided to study Life Coaching so I could understand why we make the choices we do and how I could help others to make better choices in life which also encompasses health and nutrition. I knew almost immediately that this was a path I needed to be on and that I could not keep it to myself. I launched my business immediately and have witnessed in just a quick session, how a client can have many realizations as to how their life is going and ways to improve it. I've had clients share that coaching has improved their dynamics at home and work. It's improved relationships with their partners, inlaws, children and even how they view themselves. This always chokes me up!

I am determined to help, support, coach, and guide anyone of any age to better health and overall physical and mental wellness. I promise to challenge my clients to become better versions of themselves for themselves and those they love.
